We are seeking a Strategic People Partner who combines curiosity, strategic thinking, and hands-on HR delivery. This Partner will help us shape our people's experience, talent initiatives, and ultimately own an org/s as a trusted People Partner.
In this role, you'll:
- Support Organizational Design & Effectiveness: Partner with leads to assess team structures.
- Facilitate organization health reviews using people analytics.
- Support managers on change management and culture alignment.
- Partner with L&D to identify development needs.
- Support individual development planning.
- Partner with leaders to map career paths and growth frameworks.
- Support performance review cycles and calibrations.
- Grow Talent & Development Programs (internships, rotations).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Comms on employer branding.
