Senior Learning & Development Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Senegal and support our global L&D activities.

In this role, you'll:

• Create and deliver tailored learning solutions for leads.
• Organize and manage management development programs.
• Ensure learning quality and consistency.
• Drive adoption of learning and coaching culture.
• Collaborate with People and Operations leadership teams.
• Support new manager onboarding.
• Collect and analyze management learning data.
• Manage training records and certifications.
• Provide LMS administration and support.
• Foster open communication and feedback loops.

• 5 years of experience with 3+ years in the learning/training field.
• Previous experience using Moodle or other LMS.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Slack and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
